What does it mean to have “my own IT department”?
Big corporations have entire departments devoted to Information Technology (IT). In most large companies, employees enter a simple request online for help with their PC, to hook up phones for a new employee, or even to implement all the technology needed in a new building. We wanted the same model for smaller businesses which for us meant 3 things:
Clients need only enter a request online or place a quick call for help which is available through our exclusive online ticketing system and phone help desk.
We could service any technology need from simple PC troubleshooting to phone systems to software development to large-scale projects which we do by having a variety of individual experts on staff in all areas of technology.
We could manage all the technology needs of our clients so there was no longer need for small businesses to coordinate with several different providers or worry about other technology management such as licensing records, server maintenance, software development, updates, etc., which we can do because of our unique business model and superb account management.
So, there you have it. All the technology service like the big corporations have but without the high cost.

What happens when I have a problem?
First off, you will probably encounter substantially fewer technology issues. We are in the businesses of preventing problems through routine updates, scheduled maintenance, and close monitoring of your systems. When you do need service, simply call our help desk or access your online account and we will fix your problem immediately by remote access if possible. If not, a tech will be dispatched to assist you at a time convenient for you.
My computers seem to be working fine so why do I need technology service?
Your technology is similar to your automobile in regards to maintenance. Cars cannot run forever without an oil change just as computers can’t continue to run without updates and periodic maintenance. Your computers may be working fine now, but they could (and will) go down, causing you a great loss in time and money as you are unable to continue business. Not only that, your computer might be running slower than it should or could be otherwise optimized to let you work faster. In addition to maintaining your computers, we keep a close eye on all your technology to make sure it is all working together smoothly and efficiently. If there is a problem, you don’t have to try and isolate what is broken or find who you called out last time for the servers only to find out it was a networking problem altogether.
