Our Mission:To become the single trusted teammember for technology related support and services to customers; allowing them to define what technology is, while maintaining the unprecedented flexibility required to mold our services to address customer-defined needs; permitting our customers to focus on their core business. Our Values:Integrity - Incorruptable. One whose core values are such that there is no question to the honor, truth, or ethics of the company and the individuals that represent it. We hope our integrity earns your respect. Communication - To converse in every direction known to man. Forthright and frequent. It is required by both customer and business if both plan to be successful. Teamwork - We build relationships, not acquaintances. We plan on being a valuable member of your team, there when you need us. Respect - Earn it, give it. Responsive - Prompt, reasonable, and accurate. Act as if it were for us because it is. Accountability - Problem solvers, not finger pointers. Invaluable - The first person a customer thinks of when they think about the future of their business. Our IdeaOur big idea is to become the single point of contact for a select number businesses in the area. We don't want to rule the universe, we just want to provide quality service to people and business whose trust we've earned. We don't believe in expansion at the cost of the existing customer. We still have the small neighbor helping neighbor ideals, and hope to find like minded individuals. We're looking for partners seeking a long term relationship with an organization they'd use to support and help them succeed, and recognize the power technology can have on their bottom line. If you think you are one of these people, we would love to discuss the future with you. How it StartsIt starts with our core competencies: Desktop, Server, Network, Infrastructure, Security, Consulting, Advocacy, and Auditing, along with support of most in-place telephone, security, surveillance, safety, access control, Audio-Visual, Stereo and low voltage (25, 70, or 100v) Public Address systems. Pick one thing you want us to work on, or pick them all. This by itself is more encompassing that any other technology related business in the area, but that's not where we stop. From that point, we will discuss with you the support you may need for any other technology need you may have. Examples of other technologies include: Point of Sale Systems, radio, support for speciality applications, etc... The Fine PrintNotice how big that is? That's about as hidden we will be. Here's the up front fact. Yes, we do want you to define to us what technology is. We take pride in our ability to find or make qualified people to work on your technology. However, there will be times for various reasons, we will have to tell you no. We don't like doing it because our curiosity makes us want to learn new things all the time, but we have to balance our knowledge and love for the technology with the business and doing what needs to be done to stay in business. Additionally, we don't want to do anything that would be unfair to you. Basically, this is our way of telling you that we reserve the right to turn away work we feel is unreasonable, and hope that as a business owner, you understand since you'd have to do the same. Also, we can't do work that is regulated by various federal, state, or local laws, ordinances, or statutes, and we don't meet those requirements or would otherwise be illegal if we were to do it. In most cases, we'll already have someone qualified and licensed to do the work, and will maintain the single point of contact you hire us for, but you need to be aware. |
